My names James and I enjoy delving into the science of optimal body recomposition (Losing fat, gaining muscle and looking better naked) and performance (Being able to move heavy things, run fast and scale mountains).

Ok but this stuff is easy for you because you’ve always been in shape right?
Well… I was a fat nerdy kid who loved video games and eating all kinds of tasty foods. Now I’m a slightly less fat and more muscular nerdy adult who still has a love for video games and eating all kinds of tasty foods.
I struggled for a long time with my weight, body image and eating disorders. So I can understand what it’s like to be in the endless cycle of dieting, binge eating and failing with dieting attempts. Now I have the tools, systems and processes to help you achieve and maintain your health and fitness goals.
